my game in freedon fighters is really fast ! how play a normal motion game?

the game is really fast and i want to play a normal motion i didnt use any passwords it was like that when i first opened it
and i cant find an option for the game speed

there must be some place where it says game options, and if there is(which is in most games),find a place where it says speed,then lower it
